Arnon Levy - CEO
In 1996, Arnon founded GuestTek, the first company to develop and install internet access networks in hotels. Under Arnon's leadership, GuestTek became one of the world's largest hotel technology companies, offering multiple technology products, employing more than 900 people with offices in 21 countries and servicing customers in 118 countries. Arnon is known as a "serial entrepreneur." This entrepreneurial spirit has led him to win several innovation and business awards and recognition throughout his career. His passionate approach has continued to pave his way to success. Arnon lives on a ranch outside of Turner Valley, Alberta, with his wife and four kids. He is an avid rider and team roper and an active member of the western community.

Galen Sonntag - COO
Galen has been actively participating in digital marketing since the mid-90s when he launched his first e-commerce initiative. Since then, he has run the marketing departments for several of Saskatchewan's Abex Award winners.
In 2012, Galen began a consulting career that includes building the Rodeo Management System, now in use by more than 50 rodeo associations and/or team roping and barrel racing producers.
Galen was born in Saskatoon and has lived in Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Alberta, Indiana and Idaho. He now resides in Saskatoon with his wife of 32 years and their three children. Galen is an avid outdoorsman and sports fan. For 25 years, he’s been a volunteer coach in hockey, baseball and softball. Away from the hockey rinks and baseball fields, Galen can often be found hunting waterfowl and fly fishing everywhere from northern Saskatchewan to southern Alberta and Idaho..

Peter Warrick - CTO
At the start of his career, Peter was involved in several tech startups before joining Arnon and GuestTek in 1998. Through leading research, design and development, he helped grow the company from a four-person startup to more than 800 employees managing teams in North America, Europe and Asia. At Rodeo Ready, Peter is leading the charge by putting “the future of tradition” into the hands of every cowgirl, cowboy, administrator, volunteer and spectator. Utilizing his many years of technology research experience, Peter’s goal is to bringing a better event experience in the western community. Peter lives in Calgary, Alberta, with his wife and two daughters. He is an avid traveler and photographer, often getting away overseas to experience and capture what the world has to offer.

Johnathon Cameron - App Developer
John is a motivated software developer with a passion for the outdoors. He acquired his advanced diploma in Computer Engineering and Technology from Algonquin College back in 2020. John has a wide variety of IT experience such as developing in multiple different languages, developing prototype applications and production-based applications. During his free time, John enjoys learning new technologies as well as creating his own smart home devices. While John is away from his computer, most of his time is spent enjoying the outdoors. His favorite activities are hiking with his wife and dogs and competing in fishing tournaments all around Ontario and Quebec.

Toluwaleke Soriyan - App Developer
T.K.
Toluleke immigrated to Canada from Nigeria in 2020. Having been born to two professors of Science, TK noticed he was fascinated by problem solving and solutions at a very young age. Donkey years later, TK was well on his way to becoming an electrical engineer when he realized he wanted to be involved in innovative solutions using technology
To this end, TK undertook the study of various programming languages outside of the four walls of the classroom. He is highly motivated by the sheer desire to solve real world problems using technology and the desire to be excellent.
As a university student, TK developed multiple start ups including a food delivery and logistics company
In his 8 year long career he has been lucky to work with startups, mid to big size organizations, and multinationals across three continents. He has developed exciting software solutions for various industries including logistics, on demand and climate change.
Toluleke is an avid gamer and a YouTube/Podcast enthusiast. When he is not working, he is most likely at home reading about a topic of interest, volunteering at his local church or hanging out with his lovely wife and adorable son.

Holly Stiel - Social Media Manager
My name is Holland Stiel, and I am originally from Okotoks Alberta, but I moved away to British Columbia to pursue my soccer career at one of the tops soccer programs in Canada. I have been competing at high level with soccer now for more than 15 years.
When I am not playing soccer, I am a full-time
student, I am a second-year kinesiology student at Trinity Western University.
I have a great passion for the outdoors and sports. Something I love about
being a social media manager is not just about creating content but engaging
with the community and building relationships.
