Gymkhana Organizations pose a few unique challenges. Multiple age groups/divisions, high number of events per competitor, mostly volunteer admins, executives and secretaries, and event rules that vary by age group. Gymkhana events can be many and varied but the time keeping / score keeping follows basic rules which are easily tracked in the RodeoReady App.
Having worked with over 50 junior and youth organizations, we can appreciate the challenges of handling youth competitions. Gymkhana is no different in that the complexity is more in the volume than any individual event. Memberships
There is no limit to the number of membership types and divisions you can set up in RodeoReady. If you have Senior, Junior, Wrangler, Pee Wee, Novice, no problem. Need these organized by gender as well? No problem. You can set up all your membership types, with registration fees for each. If you offer local competitor memberships or permit memberships, just set these up with the number of competitions allowed.
The App includes full membership database management. Admins can update organization settings and members always have access to their personal information.
Online registration
Save the labour, save the time, save the typing and provide the ability to your members to register online. The app allows the user to register/join your organization and enter your competitions, choosing their events. Parents can manage their children from their phone as well as stay on top with notifications on rodeo day.
Online Payment
Taking payment online means not touching or processing the $'s, which makes entries and payments extremely efficient for the Organization. With our built-in payment platform, you will receive 100% of your fees. Funds will be automatically transferred to your bank account.
Unlimited events how you need them
Events can be named and configured as you need them, timed, scored, both, individual events, and team events. Name them a you need to match your event patterns such as Cloverleaf Barrels, Barrel Keyhole, Pole Bending, Flag Racing, and the Bootlace. You are not limited to just Gymkhana speed style events. You can manage other events such as goat tying, or ribbon roping.
Events are set up per each age group and you control the order of the events in the schedule. There are many option settings that can be used to control how points and/or $'s are paid out. Click a switch to allow the addition of penalties to the scoring.

There is no limit to the number of members, number or events, or number of competitions. Often the work is simply keeping all the data straight. With the RodeoReady App, all data is stored on our cloud-based servers and once entered never needs to be re-entered. We have handled rodeo competitions with nearly 1000 event entries and the system is designed to handle more than 10 times that volume.

The competition is a hectic, busy day. Events, times, and scores all pouring in. With RodeoReady, tap a button to finalize the results and calculate the $'s won and points to be awarded, instantly. RodeoReady will award $ and points according to your payout / points splits including using different splits for different events, as necessary or varying amounts based on the number of entrants, or purse value, or other settings.
