Sending Announcements

As an Admin for your Organization, you can send announcements to your Organization members. There are two types of announcements you can send. An all members announcement and a specific competition announcement. 

All Members Announcement


This will send an in-App announcement to all your Organization competitors. Note: this does not send an announcement to Spectators who have not paid for a membership with your Organization.

From the Admin Settings, tap on Details.

Near the bottom of the screen, Tap Send Announcement and then type your announcement message.

Tap Send when you are ready to send your message, then Tap Confirm.

Specific Competition Announcement


This will send an in-App announcement to all competitors registered within a competition. Note: this does not send an announcement to Spectators who have not paid for a membership with your Organization.

Tap on Competitions then tap on a specific Competition.

Tap on the Announcement button below the map.

Type your message then tap Send. After reviewing your message, tap Confirm to send the announcement.
