Within an Organization, there can be multiple Administrators. This allows multiple persons to manage the account, enter scores, generate results, etc. The addition of an Administrator must be initiated by a current Admin by generating a new code. Tap Setup and then tap Administrators then tap the Add button. This creates a new one time use code which is automatically copied to your clipboard. You can send the code via text, email, or verbally to the person you are authorizing to become an Administrator.
When your new Administrator receives the code, they will tap on the Organizations tab from the home screen of the App, select the appropriate Organization, and then tap the Administrator Invite button.
This will provide a field prompt for the code. Once the code is successfully entered they will have Administrator access to the Organization.
